Do you do both residential and commercial work?
Yes. We wash homes and real-estate listings, plus commercial storefronts, parking lots, building exteriors, and full vehicle fleets on a maintenance schedule.
Pressure washing or soft washing — what's the difference?
Pressure washing uses high pressure for hard surfaces like driveways and concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution for roofs, siding and anything high pressure could damage. We use whichever each surface needs.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licensed & insured. Pressure washing is exempt from Oregon CCB licensing; we carry liability insurance and follow DEQ-compliant wastewater practices.
